HANDS’ is a classic example of organization evolution and a case study for development professionals. The organization came into being as a result of compassionate approach of a group of Community Development Consultants towards supporting needy communities especially women and children in the Coastal region of Kenya.

HANDS’ targets mainly women, children and the youth most of who comprise a greater percentage of Kenya’s population. We believe that working with such groups as instruments of change contributes to long-term, sustainable and tangible benefits.
