To address the main survival challenges facing the poorest of the poor, orphans and vulnerable children in order to improve their living conditions and combat the spread of HIV and AIDS, promote good Governance, Human Rights and economic empowerment through income generation opportunities and support of community grass root institutions so as to empower the underprivileged communities and mobilize resources at local, national and international level while promoting transparency and accountability at all levels.
